At LUXE, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and a great customer experience. To ensure efficiency and consistency, we partner with a trusted third-party fulfillment provider that handles the printing, packaging, and shipping of all merchandise orders.

Because products are made and fulfilled through a third-party provider, processing and shipping times may vary. While we strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside of our control. If our fulfillment partner experiences production or shipping delays, we sincerely apologize and appreciate your patience.

If you experience any issues with your order, including damaged items, incorrect products, or delivery concerns, please contact us. While we do not directly print, pack, or ship orders, we will work with our fulfillment partner and assist in resolving any issues to the best of our ability.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our merchandise, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons including sizing preferences, buyer's remorse, or order mistakes made during checkout.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe after delivery so we can help review and resolve the issue.
